But my favorite part of the day is when I lay Audrey in our bed and snuggle with her until we both fall asleep. I just love listening to her breathe and make her sweet little sounds. I love watching her as she turns towards me to get more comfortable and how she smiles at me from behind her pacifier. She only stays there for a few hours, and then it's back to the bouncer so that Chris and I can get some really good sleep without worrying about rolling over on her :)

I think we all said we'd never do it. But it's only natural to want to cuddle up to them and just watch them sleep and almost want to cry because you just love them so much.
I couldn't imagine not having done that, it was the best part of my nights, especially when she'd wake up while Karl was asleep and it was just me and her -- awww, enjoy everyone of those moments you can, they grow up so so fast!!!! Now the only time I can get mine to snuggle is if she's sick, otherwise she's on the go constantly!!!
I'm another one that said we would never do it. Mason ended up in bed with us for his first 2 months - it's the only way anyone would get any sleep.
I also said I didn't want to do it, and I don't very often, but I love it when I do. On days that I don't have to get up as early as she decides to wakeup, I often go get her and snuggle back in bed, it is so fun!
I said it too, but every morning we bring her in the bed. Nina sleeps in her crib all night, but by 5:30 or 6:00 am I am tired of her being away from me. As of Monday thouugh, its off to daycare and I am back to work :( We will only co-sleep on the weekends.
Philip slept in our bed for the first 3 months of his life (he wouldn't sleep anywhere else!). He's in his own crib now in his own room but there are definitely nights when I miss having him right there beside me. Enjoy these moments! It won't be like this for long. :-)
I love taking naps with my little one. It is the most amazing sleep :)
i'm totally there! i always said i'd never ever do that, but i can't help it! we both love snuggling together, and the sounds of a newborn are too precious to ignore!
I know!! I LOVE that too. I do it in the early morning when she wakes up for a bottle. That way I can tell my husband its almost time to get up anyway!
